install
1. After unpacking, use a forklift to transport the machine to the work location. 2. Check if the power wiring is correct, if the cutterhead is turning correctly, and ensure that the plug wiring is good and not loose. 3. Adjust the adjustment feet below the machine to ensure smooth positioning. 4. Check if the appearance has been damaged due to transportation. 5. Check whether the various moving parts of the machine move flexibly and whether there are foreign objects inside the rotating material bucket. 6. Check whether each fastening screw is loose or damaged, and whether the installation of the knife grid and main cutter is stable. 7. Replace the appropriate cutter head and fix it properly.
Operation begins
1. Place the machine steadily and ensure that it does not shake. 2. Check whether the screws in various parts of the machine are loose or missing. 3. Check if there are any foreign objects inside the material inlet. If there are any foreign objects, they must be cleaned before using the machine 4. Put the raw materials to be cut into the material cylinder, place the collection box in the corresponding discharge port, and then operate the button to start cutting the machine. 5. After the machine completes its work, turn off the button and unplug the power cord.
Attention: The installation and wiring of this device should be carried out by qualified and skilled technicians.
1. The machine should be placed in a stable place, and the wheels of the wheeled machine need to be locked.
2. Please make sure to close the front cover before the machine starts working.
3. Do not insert your hands into the machine while it is in operation.
4. After using the machine, please make sure to cut off the power before disassembling and washing it.
5. The circuit part cannot be flushed. When disassembling and washing, pay attention to sharp parts such as cutting tools to avoid being scratched by the blades.
6. Do not place metal or hard objects on the machine to avoid falling into the feeding port and damaging the blades.
Maintenance
1. After each use of this machine, please clean the cutting tools and body in a timely manner, but be sure to store it only after there is no residual moisture on the surface of the body.
2. When the machine has improper operation and noise, it should be stopped immediately and checked. Special attention should be paid not to put metal or stone particles into the feeding port to avoid damaging the blades.
